The Quebec flag is the official flag in the Canadian province of Quebec, also known as fleurdelisé. It is blue with a white cross with four fleur-de-lis of the same color. The flag is adopted by the Quebec government during the term of the Maurice Duplessis government. It was erected for the first time on January 21, 1948 at 3 pm local time at the top of the central tower of the Parliament Building in Quebec City. The fleur-de-lis floats today on all public buildings and around the world on Quebec's delegations and offices abroad.
